Intersectionality...it just makes sense!

Intersectionality…have you come across this word?? If you’d like to learn more about what it means for you or your organization, I have a resource for you! This is a primer I made on intersectionality for an agency I work with, so it has an organizational focus. But it is still helpful and useful for individuals.

I included a very brief background on the concept and then three article summaries that provide examples of intersectionality in practice. The summaries are followed by some questions for reflection and discussion.

This might be a helpful tool to pass on to your school, your kids’ school, or any organization you work with. As always, these resources are not encyclopedic representations of the topic, but really just a way to get some conversations started around global diversity education.
